when the address has been mentioned clearly with door no,apartment name, street name, road name,area name and city name with pincode, they have updated in the site as insufficient address and hence not delivered. wonder what else needs to be mentioned other than this. worst service

Nothing can get worser than getting a package thru first flight couriers. Atleast I have called 200 times from past 5 days and not even once they have picked up the call. Stay away....

In my service I never/ever seen like this type of worst service in Erode. Every customers need visit the FF office to get, otherwise they will return back. Very very very worst service in Erode. Nobody take a responsibility. Please dont book covers to that FF courier.

Worst courier I have come across, leave delivering the courier, they don't even call us to tell that courier has come. even without delivering the courier it is updated as delivered in their website and when i try to call them. there are not even answering the calls
