Joined this gym for my body fitness and maintain my body weight properly. Their gym instructor was very friendly and strict in terms of fitness. They instructor advised me and trained according to body. Right now am perfectly fit and much slimmer. Pleasure to get trained here. I can train here for one hour every day. The fee here is moderate to afford.

For gym,was searching for good gyms in my area.Then got Fitness gym and did work out here.There coaching was good and paid nominal amount for this service.I liked their service and fine to take coaching here.

Thanks to Fitness One for giving the good information about the gym procedure and the quotation.They quoted me around Rs 2000 to 6000 for training different gym exercise but I am not interested to join anywhere.

Very helpful to achieve our tasks,and many more to do the best in daily life, its gorgeous. I am very glad to use it.
