I have done kerasmoothening and the first time I haven't see the results...my hair got wavy when I came back home after the treatment after 2-3days of observation I share my hair pictures which was too dry and doesn't seems like I have gone through with the keratin+smoothing..then they told me to get the treatment after 15-20days I went them again...and after second time, I got the same results my hair was dry, looking damaged, not straighten at all.. I totally wasted my money because there is no change in my hair Texture..I dnt recommend it go for hair treatment...U will never believe after seeing my hair that I have gone through the hair treatment a month ago... When I shared my issues sapna said they have done a good job, may be the products doesn't get suited on me...but if they called me consultation I think they should know my hair type before applying the products...Even after applying the products for first time ...the client is not getting result den why u have applied it second time.. Very poor!!
