I worked at Malus Coaching Classes as a teacher. They promised to pay on time but never paid me. Every time I asked for my salary, they just kept delaying with excuses like “come next week” or “it’s being processed.” In the end, I had to leave without getting paid. The owner, Kulwant Singh Maken, only cares about collecting fees from parents. He doesn’t care about the teachers or the students. Every month, they hire new teachers, make them work, and never pay them. Even he hits students after complaining about classes. The principal, Reshma, is also involved in this. There are serious complaints of money fraud about her in St. Meera's Cambridge Road Ulsoor in past too. Classes are badly managed, multiple grades are put in one room, and many teachers don’t even teach properly. Some are spreading Muslim religious content, which is not okay in a coaching center.
