My mother was admitted to Global multi specialty hospital Vijayawada on 21st Dec 15 for chest congestion under Dr B Joushua, consultant Chest Physician. The doctor didn't care to see my mother after admission. When we confronted him in his private clinic the next day only, he could come and see her. By then her condition deteriorated. I requested the staff and the duty doctors to allow me to contact him, as my mother was sinking.The staff in ICU and the duty doctors esp one lady doctor were so rude and not concerned, <br/>As my mother's condition deteriorated further, I wanted to meet the doctor (Dr Joshua) on 22nd. I was not allowed to see him though he was present in the hospital. The reason I was given , he is busy in organising Christmas celebrations. At around 8pm her conditions worsened. On our insistence they called him. He came around 8.20 pm and declared she is no more.<br/>In retrospect I strongly feel that I could have saved my mother had I put her in a better hospital and doctor.
