During the journey Mathur Radios has witnessed the transformation from diodes-triodes to transistorized analogue to programmable and now to fully digital hearing instruments. The reduction of size from ladies purse to pocket models to BTES to ITE-ITC and CIC (completely in canal) to latest IICs (the deep canals Aids). In 1996 Mathur Radios become the first dispenser to have fully equipped diagnostic centre in U.P. to deal with hearing impairment with a team of professional and qualified Audiologists.Year 2002 was a bench mark year for Mathur Radios as it become first centre in U.P. to support Cochlear Implant Program initiated by CSMMU (formerly KGMC) and S.G.P.G.I.M.S. lucknow.
