I enquired on just dial for wifi smart camera, received call from a lady named Sakshi. We agreed on a model EZVIZ TY-1 with the final cost 3300 rs including installation and 64 GB memory card. Installation was supposed to be done on Sat 21 May 2022 however so much issued with the engineer, he didn't turned up nor picking up the call then he came next day Sunday with a different model. I called Sakshi she might be busy or what she didn't answered the call then I checked on Google found the number called on it. He agree to sending the discussed model and asked the engineer to come back with all the equipments. I could smell at that time itself there is something fishy. After 1-2 hour I called enginner many times he didn't answered then I called Sakshi she didn't answered then called on the number found on Google that guy told I will call you back in sometime after checking the status of engineer. He didn't call for almost 30 mins then

Never seen such a unprofessional & irresponsible behaviour by AEI person Manjeet Kaushik who owns the business. He doesn't know hoe to behave with customers and uses foul & goons languages. He gives just disgusting after Service and support. Your life become nightmare as No support & services rendered by AEI once you purchase the products from them. They're just money maker and false promiser. Never ever buy any product from AEI company Gurgaon otherwise you'll repent later. He says you've not bought him personally and he is not bound to take your calls & gives services.
