two travellers booked air tickets to foreign country thru rekha airtravel.1)agency took money 7 months ahead for one,5 months for other (rs 4 lakhs) issued tickets 4 days before journey so tickets cost lot more.2)one traveller asked agency to organise visa, rekha made so many mistakes it was rejected, had to do again. agency took two fat fees. one traveller got from another agency with no problem.3)one traveller went from one country to another at end of travel. airline informed rekha flight was rescheduled to another day. agency did not inform traveller properly by text, email or free whatsapp call. causing much stress when traveller contacted airline and was told flight cancelled the day of journey. 4)agency does not answer phone calls, text messages, email. takes own time to respond. unprofessional . slow. dont every use, tell others.

I was impressed with the Swan Tours operator with whom I recently booked a Rajasthan tour package! They were super friendly and helpful and gave me great recommendations for things to do in Jaipur city. The hotels were super comfy and it was a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend them to my friends!

I always wish to go Haridwar, Rishikesh & Kedarnath from my childhood, but my family never able to take me there. As I grew up, one day thought of, why don't I take my family to Kedarnath. But how ?. Then, I started searching in Google. Found about Kamal Holidays. contact details. when i viewed the reviews about Kamal Holidays, got some good impressions. Then immediately called Kamal Holidays. The way they explained and informed about the entire package tour of Kedarnath (04 Dham). I t was amazing, and booked through then and confirmed the package tour. My childhood dream place kedarnath desire was fulfilled through Kamal Holidays. just now I have to give one star because less than one star is not the option here. We booked a holiday trip to Bali for our first wedding anniversary, trust me this was our biggest mistake. The lady named as Sonia, she is a biggest master to make you fool by her sweet and tempting convincing talks but i bet whatever she promise is exactly the opposite you will get. Promises full of lies, just to make you an idiot. She spoiled our trip by booking bad hotels and last minute glitches. She never confirms you back on anything, you have to follow up with her on everything. You have to call her again and again for sending the confirmed itinerary. Regarding hotels,First hotel which she booked in Kuta (Bali), we got a room with two separate beds and when we told her the situation she just said that she cannot do anything and convinced us that it is ok if we have two separate beds. Second hotel in Nusa Dua (Bali), oh god that hotel is the haunted place. It was far in jungle, scary & unhygienic.
