I was here for 4 days they charged from us 2031 and I really don't know why they charged that from us.Morning free breakfast is only limited to 1 dish per person and horrible too except UMPA and Andapav.The room service was hell!!!!!.We found cockroaches in the wash room and we called them to clean but we didn't get any response from them for two days.At night around 2.30 am when I found cockroach again I suddenly call them and they just said that they called some outside person who was not there so we are not responsible.The food cost is too high and too tasty then opposite Restaurant Om Sai. They even charge from us the Tie iron charges.Cost of Iron is Rs. 10. wi-fi was great.It is the only thing I like.Our room 202 was worst room there was no proper lighting, not good quality TV event paint was worst too compare to room 105 at same cost

I had been to this hotel almost 3 times with personal n professional work. There are many things that I liked here, I travelled by bus so hotel citizen was jus a 7 mint walk for me from the bus stand.

Hotel citizen is a one of the best hotels in my life I stayed in I am in marketing field since 20 years I never find any hotel so helpful and kind I was not feeling well they took me to the doctor and even bought me the medicines and fresh juice for me I recommend every one to stay in this hotel
