Had a great experience dealing with Cloudz tours and travels. Waseem, the owner is himself a wanderlust and travel freak and therefore the lust of travel and knowledge about travelling and visa requirement of different company comes so natural and handy to him. I had availed the service from Sai Shreya & Yasasri Luxury Pg, Gachibowli. Their service was good and the rooms provided by them was good. They have charged me Rs. 2550 for 3 days and I am happy with their service.

I have to give negative ratings to these people. I have a very worst experience with this company. I told them to do my Singapore tourist visa before 3 weeks of my travel and they are not successful. They simply said that I have to change my travel dates. Because of this irresponsible, untrustworthy (can't believe them as these people will tell only lies), lazy people I got a great loss, so much tension, overwork. These people won't care about our money and time. And also I clearly told them that I am software employee and married still they wrote in my visa application that I am single and service worker and due to this blind blunder my visa got rejected. Seriously these people are very careless. I used to follow up everyday with them and they used to say it will come within 4-5 days but at last 2 days prior to my travel they said that my visa rejected and have to change dates which will be very costly. And without my permission they sent my passport to Chennai.We struggled a lot.
