we have hired this guys for sending our kitchen utensil from Bangalore to Canada for about 125 kg , initially there was some hiccups ... but all our material was safe and was on time with out any further charges in destination, i highly recommend this guys for my future shipments.

i have shifted my personal baggage to USA and it was nice experience with them every thing was on time and the delivery was within the days committed to us with reasonable rate , i have referred my friends to ship there goods with INR

We sent a parcel to Canada, they took more than a month to send it after making several calls to Abhijit. The parcel was sent but not all the things were sent. They have kept back couple of items. Seems to me a fraud company. I have also registered a complain against them in the Police station.

We have had the worst experience with this company. We contracted with Raffles Movers, who in turn, subcontracted their work to INR Exports. They demanded extra money under false pretexts (1. container had to be repacked in Colombo, when actually goods were in India, 2. did not pay full advance to shipping company, we had to pay to release goods). Even after we paid Rs. 82,000 extra (over 3 lakhs initially paid), they are still not delivering. Original delivery date was given by them as Oct 27, 2015 by Abhijit Das. Only issue was that goods were not even shipped on this date. Abhijit Das consistently lied about delivery, claiming that goods were in Singapore from Oct 27, when actually they were in India. Now, goods have reached, they demanded extra money, but still no clearance.

PATHETIC services!!!We recently moved to US. I tried to ship ~50kg of cargo with them. Abhijit was very responsive & prompt till the time I paid them money. He used to follow up by calling me multiple times. picked up my stuff from home as promised & collected my full payment.After this everything changed. The shipment has not arrived yet after 3 weeks and our calls/emails go unanswered by their staff. We are in US and there is no other way to know about our shipment. They give promises & keep giving different reasons for delay but of no use.Please think 100 times before availing their services.
