Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I had a very bad and fraudulent experience with JP Home Solutions. Within a month, they sent multiples maid-one lied about age, another refused to work, another tried to take household items, and others left within 1-2 days. Despite repeated complaints, owner kept giving false assurances, and refused to refund. They are running a scam-they take advance commission, send unverified/ unreliable maids, and then refuse refund. They also appear to operate without any proper license or verification, which make it unsafe to allow their staff into any household. I am proceeding with police complaint and legal action. Strongly advise everyone: Don`t deal with JP Solutions. They are unprofessional, fraudulent, and unsafe.
