opulence in padi project flat purchasers received LOCK AND KEY notice from Great Chennai corporation for illegal construction and lot of deviations in construction.The builder cheated us. one of the flat owner filed consumer complaint in the consumer forum chennai (north).the builder not a trust worth person.the project was not constructed as per approved plan.An illegal commercial construction in the ground floor was demolished by the Great Chennai Corporation official. Till Date no metro water connection. Legal association not yet formed. The association fund 2,20,000 swallowed by the builder.Fradulend builder
