Pathetic level of ownership, ZERO interest in customer satisfaction - STAY FAR AWAY. I ordered a bulk printing job for printing & labelling of 1,000 packets. More than 20% are spoiled - shoddy finishing, cutting, labeling in all directions, overlapping and remaining 80% are unusable. Owners and account managers continue to argue, zero respect and ZERO professionalism. STAY AWAY!

NEVER GO TO PRINT STEPS they are big "CHEATER" or you can say "FRAUD" Once you go for any printing work they commit everything and show you best sample but once time come they don't work as they describe and start telling lie that i didn't commit any thing. At the end you have to withdraw you work and they don't refund your money. Their earn by cheating custom.
