HORRIBLE BANK! THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER RITESH IS AN EMBARRASMENT TO THE ENTIRE BANK. HIS STAFF IS LOUSIER THAN HIMSELF. THIS BANK IS SUCH A JOKE THAT THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN BANK RATES TO CONVERT FROM INR TO MYR. THE MANAGER DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PRONOUNCE THE CURRENCY OF MALAYSIA. SEEMS LIKE A BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEEN HIRED TO RUN THE BANK. IM AFRAID THAT THE BRANCH MANAGER IS INCAPABLE OF RUNNING A BANK WITH ANY FORM OF EFFICIENT SERVICE. ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS NOW AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN CALLED BACK REGARDING MY QUERY ALTHOUGH I'M A CUSTOMER OF THE BANK!

I wish I had - (minus) ratings for this bank. The staff is slow with no technical knowledge. If any problem reported, the staff starts blaming eachother for the error occurred. Help desk needs a lot more training and knowledge about there own firm. The manager have no solutions to the problem but sorry for every flaw from there department. I had to immediately close my account looking at the poor quality of service provided. Will never recommend this bank to anyone. Very disappointing.
