Badly managed. I have tried to call the manger for an emergency fund transfer for my nephew who is in Chennai and affected by flood, but no response. She keep the phone busy by cutting my call.... It is very bad habit of human. You cant just ignore a customer's call like this. It is really very bad. I had sent money on 30th November, and still it is not credited into my account..... WHY?
