Greetings from Trinity Dsigner's. Dear All, Let me tell you all one thing, We are not at all happy with the Kandivali West branch people. Because they treat their clients as they them self are very great. All this happens due to the staff, & i had seen it many times when I m seating in the branch. I personally had to face the problem. It was the staff mistake & i have to beer the penalty of Rs-7907. & it was committed by BM & the staff, that it will be reversed to my A/C. & Ill be getting an Apologizes letter from the branch. This issue was of OCT month, till date it has not resolved & every day they just tell us that it will be done by today day end. I don't know which day end. ????????.
