They don?t deserve even half a star. They are the biggest frauds. All the three staff who sit at front desk are there for looting people. I had a worst ever experience while dealing with them. Finally I have surrendered my connection and got my deposit back.
1. When you go to apply for new connection they will force you to buy their sub standard poor quality stove at High price.
2. If you deny buying gas stove they will ask you to buy poor quality utensils instead.
3. If you deny they will argue with you and also delay your connection.
4. Gas cylinders delivered at your home will be always under weight ideally the gas cylinder with filled gas should wt. 29.8 kg but they give u cylinders which wt. 25-26 kg as home delivery .
5. At last when you go to surrender connection with say one of the sealed and filled cylinder they tell you if it is under wt. they will not return any money paid for cylinder. Because they already know their cylinders delivered to customers are under wt.
