Not satisfied with this Lakshman Tours & Travels, Mettupalayam. Taken a 35 seater bus rental from this travels for an outstation trip from Pondicherry to Bangalore. Initially, the travels owner was approached very well and the conversation between us also good. Initially, they quoted some amount but during the trip, they quoted a high amount. Time taken to reach Bangalore was delayed to 3 to 4 hours. The service provided was very pathetic and the guest were all disappointed. They were not able to coordinate well, So the trip was fully collapsed and we are not happy with the trip and the travels.

I got the Best travel service at a modest price. Taken a car rental service from Lakshman Tours & Travels, Mettupalayam for the within city trip. It was taken for only one day with driver for that I paid 1200. They provide a car with good condition. We are comfortable and enjoyed the trip. The journey was very safe & the driver was very polite. Overall very happy with their outstanding service.
