Hi, I am Prajakta and I have successfully completed my Practical training course in HR from Lakshya Management Proficiency school and i am extremely glad that I chose to do it from LMPS. To begin with it was a very good learning experience and in a true sense a Practical Training Course and I can say this because I have also done PGDM from a renowned College but there I could gain only theoretical knowledge which I dint know how to implement in my Job but here I actually learned the implementation of my knowledge. All in all it was a very good learning experience with Tejas Sir as every minute details and queries were being answered. Hence I would recommend everyone who wants to make career in HR to do this course for Practical understanding.

My Special thanks to Sujaya Ma?am, she has trained us in very nice way, each & every topics she has covered by giving some practical examples. Every module such as Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, L&D , I Have learnt in depth. It was great experience for me & I enjoyed every lecture of Sujaya ma?am as her energy & enthusiasm to train the students were amazing. My 2 months training class has completed now, I surely going to miss this enjoyment in future but the experience that I carried with myself during this time will be implemented successfully in my profession. My experienced throughout the course was great and the lecture was great and very clear. Wherever the doubts arised the doubt solving by sujaya mam was very friendly and help for any related query or doubts. The management is good and co operative.
