Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service
One of the worst catering service and it was a nightmare for us. Let me put the bullet points of disappointment we faced :
1. The waiters were dirty and dressed like they haven't washed the clothes for years and haven't even taken showers for years.
2. The caterer says at 9:30pm that they need me to provide them with candles so they can use in their equipment to keep the food hot or they will serve cold. So they didn't come prepared to even keep their equipment up and running.
3. Out of 16 waiters most were waiting in the kitchen like they are boss instead of their station, and they would not listen to instructions to move the food/ starters - very unprofessional behaviour.
4. Their cutlery and dishes are for cheap events and very old, not suitable for decent events, wish we had seen them before.
Only pro point is, the catering handler Sajid is a polite guy, but that's about it, the service he provides is pathetic.
