Madhur Courier Services Nehru Place Delhi

I had employed the services to courier an article from New Delhi to Patna. After having waited for three working days i contacted the agency but was told that the courier was not delivered due to some festival. I contacted them three days later and then again i was misled into believing that the product would be delivered. I have been waiting for more than 15 days but the delivery has not been completed. The office has disconnected its landline and the owner Mr. Kundan (Delhi) has his number switched off all the time. The courier has been most likely stolen by this fraudulent courier company. Please do not engage the services.

If I could give ZERO star, I would have. Worst service. I had sent a document on 3 June 2017 but it was not delivered by 13 June. When I inquired, courier service does not know where my parcel is (And just by hearing address the qualified man said this address doesn't exist as if he knows all India's every address.). Next I inquired again, they said the parcel is in Delhi, so I asked my friend to whom I had sent parcel. When she called the branch office, they said the parcel has sent back. They are giving different answer to both of us. They didn't call any of us, and the parcel has contact no. of both. After wasting 11 days I never received any information from them. Worst service never gonna use it again.
