You sent an inexperienced guy to take our blood samples from our home at Orchid Petals today 15th Jun'19 at 11.45 am...total cost demanded Rs 4000 for 2 reports. 1. The guy got age-old broad gauge syringes for extracting blood, without vaccinator containers to collect. He uses aged old containers, low quality ones. 2. No rubbing alcohol, he used hand sanitizer instead, to give us a feeling of wet n cool. It's still paining in our vein area of our hands. 3. After that, he leaves the syringe point offering us dry cotton and on insisting takes out a bandage 4. Post collecting 10 ml sample, opens the old containers cap etc in front of us and one by one transfers blood in each container, using hands to turn open their lids, faltering a bit. It seemed completely unhygienic and prone to infected samples. 5. We asked for the cash back and samples, the guy handed us 4 containers and even forgot that he had to return 6. So wasnt even sure what to collect and how many.
