i have taken Tikona service at 4Mbps speed for 2000rs. they are not providing even 1 Mbps speed, and connection is down from past 10 days. This is the worst internet service provider i have ever experienced. Their Licence should be canceled immediately.

Worst Internet Service Provider. Not answering the calls and customer service is so pathetic that even on keeping my request on top priority, after 2 weeks nothing happen and their technician are not enough customer centric to pick up the phone or come to my place to resolve problem. Beware of this shit company, cheaters getting 900 installation charges without providing proper internet and after that they take unnecessary charges to disconnect the connection. Totally frustrating experience with this shit company.

Tikona is one of the most unprofessional and rude group of people who never resolve your query properly. even after 2 weeks no one ready to come at my place to resolve problem. technician and the above no. mentioned once got to know your number and after that they will never pick your phone. Really frustrating and terrible internet service provider. Beware guys, Don't get trap in cheap plans. They take 1 day to provide you internet connection but you will die everyday to get rid of their connection.

Very Poor service, Technicians will not take your problem seriously and internet connection may be down since 15 days and no one giving a fuck to your problem.
