One word = POOR.
WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Sold me a deffected product and completely deny to claim it back even after i checked it at my home and went back to them within an hour. It was beetel original landline phone. Now he says you will have to go to service center to get it repair. He also gave me guarantee of 1 month of replacement if any problem occurs he will change it. Now he got my money so he refuses to change it. I mean did i purchased a new phone just to waste my time, money and efforts?
Worst thing that can ever happen to a customer. Hate these guys.
