Must say one of the worst service I ever had at one of the very old and busy testing lab , at the registration desk they are not promoting paperless reports if we don?t ask or mention they will not act even they said this is your duty to request ,, so unprofessional service with rude reply from a organisation, I can?t believe they are still living in 19 th century , will not visit this place again ,,

This is just a dumb center, incompetent staff. No organisation whatsoever. They will make you wait indefinitely despite scheduled appointments. If you ask any staff on first floor they will say they are checking, will gather around and go hide in another room.

The staff attitude and behaviour is worse than government hospitals. I had booked an appointment for ultrasound, we being from a non medical background did no know that the bladder must be full for abdominal ultrasound. My appointment was at 5.. they said you have to wait tilll 6:30 and when I was examined the doctor told me that there is no water in the body. The staff should tell the patients what are the pre requisites for a given test. Moreover their tone expressions and attitude really compelled me to give them one star. Did not expect this... no warmth in their behaviour at all!
