The level of detail and the intensity of creativity Mohit Bansal puts is commendable.. He is very passionate and emotional about his work and thats the best part about his team. He would not get tired until he gets his shot even if it takes him a lot of time. with all this creativity, communication is his weakness, so as a client its ones responsibility to communicate very effectively with him otherwise things can go south.
