Horrible experience with Horrible services in every department of hospital right from security to patient services. I will give zero rating for omega. My doctor is excellent superb ?? Charges are of 5 star but services are of roadside footpath 0 star. Better look for other hospitals. Just bcz of my excellent doctor, i taken treatment.

Very poor hospital. Stuff also not cooperating with patients. Behaving like that hospital is giving free service although doctor fees also very high, Rs550 per appointment. I will not recommend not to come this hospital. Find better and value for time hospital.

My husband got admitted with low blood sugar level and while we were on a family trip . Later after the discharge we came back to our city and inorder to claim the expenses for with the medical insurance, we had send all the original papers with 200/- tip for the receptionist and also the envelope to send it back . The receptionist Mr Pradeep took the cash and never got back to us with the signed copies. Later everytime we try to contact him , he ignored our calls and texts and the hospital staffs have been blaming eachother and acting as if they don't know about the papers . It's been over a month now since we have been trying to get hold of the papers but there's no responds . We are almost at the verge of getting our claim cancelled and as you know it could cost us a lot . The staffs are so not helpful and we are deeply disappointed the way they are handling the situation.

Consulted this doctor regarding my treatment for ENT.when I visited over here for my health Issue Doctor clearly explained me about the treatment and symptoms I paid 5000 for consultation and medicines. Also, they have provided good treatment.overall the Treatments and consultation in this Clinic a very good place for the treatment.

I have no complaints with the hospital about treatment. But the utmost irritating part is few doctors conduct Out patient treatment in the room attached to Operation theater, which also has ICU on the same floor. I really fail to understand how hospital management or doctors missed this basic logic that it will be disturbing to both ICU patients, operation theatre patients and also attendees who come along with them. Needless to say that there are 2 floors dedicated for OP which is not being utilized properly. Hope management think about this at the earliest and do something good.
