Very Pathetic service provided by Indeman Travel Solution. I have been cheated and hotel rooms and service was not provided as promised. From Indeman Travel Solution, Person name-Mr Sajan was assisting me with planning the trip from India and his counter part is Mr Mukesh who was at Pattaya during my trip. . He made false commitments for sight seeing and hotel accommodation.J ust to get the package booked,."Dont take tention,Everything will be provided".They plannig was done 2 months before actual travel. 1.Sightseeing-Initially he told me whatever comes between in transit from Airport to Hotel, or vice versa, that sight seeing location can be visited, I need to borne entry ticket free only . After reaching to Thailand, there was nothing like that,because the job sheets for the drivers was not prepared like that and niether there was a communication between Indeman and the drivers. I felt cheated and my sight seeing planned was ruined throughout the trip.

Assalamwalaikum...main to bolunga ki baap dada ka naam bacche bigad rahe hai...in my family, bahut log iss travel se hajj aur umrah kar chuke aur mera bhi inko choose karna family ke suggestion se hi hua...lekin bahut naraz hu main inse...paise to khoob liye rabiulawwal k naam pe lekin facility nahi de paye...Ikram bhai ne Mecca me khoob acchi service di aur main unka shukragujar hu...lekin Medina me kuch nahi kar paye ye log...kai logone international call karke India me inko complaint ki iss baare me...paise jyada jinse liye unko Madine se Jeddah by bus travel spending 5 hours by road aur jo kum paise diye unko Madine se flight..shayad we inke rishtedaar honge...aisi bahut si baate hui...jis wajah se Arabia bas naam banke rah gayaa hai...ye baay November 2018 ki hai...Hajj aur Umrah lifetime ka experience hota hai hum musalmano k liye...jisko bus ye log business ki najar se dekhte hai...bura lagta hai....Allah inko hidayat de.

Dont choose this travel agent because this travel agent is a number 1 Thief My Uncle and Aunty purchased umrah package for 16 day's and pay 75000 Rupes each person Now they r in Madinah but the problem is hotel and agents not provide meal and laundry and ziyarah they facing trouble last 5 day's but nobody care they take meal from out side restaurant and also laundry I contact another travel office office's said to me 16 day's package without meal and without laundry is 35000 Rupes. I request you every body dont choose this travel office My Uncle and Aunty come back In India then we will see what he said travel office and we make Complaint by name.. Thanks Rehan Khan
