Worst customer service. No response at all. All fake products. Not at all satisfied. No response from the merchant side for customer service. I took the service last 6 months back. I'm facing issue with their installed equipment. Since then (from past 2 months) I'm trying to contact them. There no response from them at all. Worst customer service. I still don't know what to do to get the customer service I paid for.
*let me be honest at this review* Its been a pleasure meeting this team and have them work at my organization. I know how critical it is to provide surveillance in a corporate environment in Hyderabad and they made this so easily with an effective communication with in their teams.. They provided the survilence all my four branches and the kind of support they are still providing us left me speechless.. In short fabulous service with an effortable price.. Keep rocking guys.. ALL THE VERY BEST
