Pathetic service, took advance and then till a month did not gave my products, everyday i used to call and go there but nothing happened. NO PROFFESSIONALISM

I had the worst experience of my life .........they are the most unprofessional people ......i had given my board for printing one month before my exhibition with 5k rupees advance and they had promised me to deliver it in a weeks time.....10 days passed.....15 days passed away.......i started calling them on phone.....firstly they pretended as they were not aware of the order and than they started promising to deliver it next day......everyday i called and it was delayed.....now the day came for my exhibition and their was no board.....i was so panicked and called them .......they started using abusive language .....its been 3 months i couldnt get the board and they are not ready to give my advance back
