Big fraud in kolkata....beware of NIOSe group of education and his owner Mr. Asshole (Dr Hari Kishore Tiwari). . He took one lac forty thousand from me for PHD and gave me all print out mark sheet and certificate, when i send those paper for RTI then i come to know about his fraud.. if anyone visit his office he/she can see all universities rubber stamp which he use to make fake certificates and fool people, even i went to patuli police station for FIR they told me their is lots of pending fraud cases on Hari Kishore Tiwari... this man is shameless he only want money and he can do anything to get it.......
