Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (NICHE), formerly known as Noorul Islam College of Engineering, is a private co-educational institution located in Kumarakovil, Thuckalay, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India. Established in 1989 by A.P. Majeed Khan, NICHE was declared a Deemed-to-be University by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, on December 8, 2008. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across various disciplines, including engineering, management, science, and humanities. NICHE is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
