The Person contacted me within 1 minute of sending request & was absolutely frank with me. No hidden charges like Toll, Parking, etc. The driver would act as a Guide as well who can speak Hindi fluently. He even sent recent images of Car (current condition and not brand new image) on whatsapp within 2 minutes of talk. I finalised the deal with him in 10 minutes maximum starting from sending request to confirmed booking. Very good impression.
