Extremely irresponsible, money minded people. Their only aim to to grab the money and they don't care about customer satisfaction. They can do anything for money, even misguide you! They told me that the train tickets to travel in the UK are costlier because they have paid for my extra luggage and when I inquired at the station, they said there is no extra charge, just place it on the racks at the end of the coach! Overcharged me for everything and provided zero support. Would never recommend this horrible travel company. Not worth it at all!
