Overnite Express Ltd. Sector 14 Gurgaon

Worst courier service ever. I have called 5 times to mention that i'll not be available at home. Please either call me before deliver or leave the package to the guard at main door. I even left a note on my door still guy took the package back. I dropped a mail to customer service to send the package back but didn't got any response. when i called customer service 2 days continuously to send the package again, i was promised that it'll be send again to the location with my number and next day when i checked the status they have send it back to the origin. When i called the customer service they told me that they didn't got any call from my side. I'll suggest to look some other delivery service then this.

Generally, we send and receive some official couriers through Overnite Express Ltd...they are very perfect in their work..they don’t make any trouble to the customers in order to deliver the courier..overall I am satisfied.

As I was supposed to receive an important courier from Overnite Express Ltd.. These people delayed to delivered the courier,they saying some silly reasons like address not available like that..they don’t even know the importance of the courier,after sending some mails they delivered the courier..its a poor service

Through Overnite Express Ltd.we have sent the couriers from gurgaon to noida.charges depends upon the weight of the parcel.Their service was very good.Till now we haven't received any complain regarding their service.They used to deliver the parcel on time.good service by them.

Through Overnite Express Ltd,I have sent my personal courier within the india,i am not satisfied with their courier service because the courier which I have sent,it came back to me three times,it makes me very tension that time..
