Must say one of the worst service I ever had at one of the very old and busy testing lab , at the registration desk they are not promoting paperless reports if we don?t ask or mention they will not act even they said this is your duty to request ,, so unprofessional service with rude reply from a organisation, I can?t believe they are still living in 19 th century , will not visit this place again ,,

This is just a dumb center, incompetent staff. No organisation whatsoever. They will make you wait indefinitely despite scheduled appointments. If you ask any staff on first floor they will say they are checking, will gather around and go hide in another room.

Took my dad there for a USG prostate ultrasound and ECHO scan. The report was given to me in 30 minutes of the scan. Also it's difficult for him to move around and they arranged for a wheel chair. Really touched by the personal interest taken and the manner in which they went out of the way to help me.

You sent an inexperienced guy to take our blood samples from our home at Orchid Petals today 15th Jun'19 at 11.45 am...total cost demanded Rs 4000 for 2 reports. 1. The guy got age-old broad gauge syringes for extracting blood, without vaccinator containers to collect. He uses aged old containers, low quality ones. 2. No rubbing alcohol, he used hand sanitizer instead, to give us a feeling of wet n cool. It's still paining in our vein area of our hands. 3. After that, he leaves the syringe point offering us dry cotton and on insisting takes out a bandage 4. Post collecting 10 ml sample, opens the old containers cap etc in front of us and one by one transfers blood in each container, using hands to turn open their lids, faltering a bit. It seemed completely unhygienic and prone to infected samples. 5. We asked for the cash back and samples, the guy handed us 4 containers and even forgot that he had to return 6. So wasnt even sure what to collect and how many.

Extremely unprofessional staff, medical coordinator Anand does not know how to talk to women. Dr. Minal Taneja, who owns the clinic, refused to come out & look into the matter when this staff misbehaved with an elderly lady. DO NOT VISIT.

Excellent service. I wanted to take Diagnostic test services on Allergy Test. So I approached Hitech Diagnostic Centre, Millers Road, KilpaukArogya Diagnostics Collection Point, Jyoti Park. The response from them was very good and their way of taking care of the patients is also good. They took the test and gave the report quickly. I have paid them 5700 for their service. I am very much happy with their service.
