Pathetic experience. They even groom the infected pets ( cos apparently, that's what their business is) and don't sterile the place after that. Took my cat for grooming and she acquired a very rare disease from there. It almost dieddddddd!! What is more pathetic is the obnoxious behaviour of the partner and groomer of that place when such incident is brought to their notice. Forgot about accepting their mistake, they didn't even feel sympathetic for an innocent animal who had suffered because of them.
Local salons are way better than this place.
