I got this pg ad from magic bricks where the owner mentioned Rs 9000 for single room. So i called him. He said it will be Rs 12000 for the room when i told him that on site it is Rs 9000 and not Rs 12000 , he said Rs 9000 is without food. I told him i will manage the food myself . Then he went back from his word and said even without food it would be Rs 11000 . I told him he should mention the same on website as well then he started talking to me very rudely. Girls don’t go there you will regret it

Best PG in whole sector 38..first it is just behind medanta hospital...second it provides you with all the amenities even gym facility is there...main thing is you really feel like home as the owner panghal maam treats you like her own son/ daughter i am from punjab and had homesickness first but panghal maam came and interacted with me and asked me to tell her in case of any need.. i have lived in several pg?s and hve seen the pathetic conditions of them..but this pg is finest...as now it is wholly managed by the owner i.e panghal maam.....people even ask for a late payment of rent and even that is accepted here which no other pg does...dont go with the negative comments...people who don?t pay the rent are the only ones whose security is retained Which is a rule everywhere else evey face lives happily here...Thankx panghal maam..

It's A Good PG Accommodation For Girls/women. i m shifted here from south delhi.. they provide breakfast & dinner.. well secure place
unistay accommodation is best place for girls/women in gurugram...!

This is the worst pg i have seen anyone can select . My friend told me to how landlord people harrassed here on her.
1-camera's are every where but not working
2-Girls are thief here
3-Your Clothes/And some times precious things can be stolen and if you ask for the help to show the camera footage for that they are saying cameras are not working so Landlord will support you with that reason.
3-Worst food you have eaten.
4-Area is unheign.
5-Rooms sweeper comes once a day (may b) and also say you with how much dirty you keep your room.
6-Worst wifi facility
7-TV with no recharge
8-You have no freedom
Worst experience and bad choice
So request you to don't suggest this type of pgs

no security at all, there are cctv cameras, but of no use, police has also came here regarding these cases.They say, free wifi, but it never works. Ac, fridge, TV, water taps, they would break down every other day since everything is of very low quality.Also, the owner said, only AC electricity bill is required to be paid, but he'll ultimately charge for everything in the room and in addition they have tampered the electricity meters to show more reading as per to loot people. If by any chance, you are living here, try not to give the security money as the owner does not returns it.
