We are initiating legal proceedings against Smt J Jeyapria Dhevi, founder of Kodate, Kriyative International Pre-school Ashok Nagar at Commercial Courts of Chennai. We took franchise with Smt Jeyapria Dhevi (Kodate) last year June. We were subject to hardship & inordinate delay by Smt Jeyapria after paying the franchise amount. Hence we had decided to terminate our franchise agreement. Also Smt Jeyapria failed to recognise us as a franchisee - she never mentioned about new branch about to open at Valasaravakkam either in social media or in the official website. The franchisor training provided by her team was pathetic to be blunt, does not seem to look International at all. In general, many parents are flattered with the keyword "International" when added to a school name as suffix. This gives room for greedy people to take advantage to charge hefty fees.
