Academy ne admission ke time verbally bola tha ki fail hone par free me dobara padhai kar sakte ho. Ab paisa maang rahe hain. Yahan ke reviews bhi genuine nahi lagte, chocolates deke students se likhwate hain Shiv nagpal the owner of institute is too rude didn't have sense to talk with students

The institute is not worth it. They are very greedy people and keep making new policies without informing students. When I took admission, the owner, Shiv Nagpal, told me that if I didn’t pass the JLPT exam in my first attempt and maintained 75% attendance, they would prepare me for the next JLPT exam without any extra fees. Later, they changed the attendance requirement to 80%. When I failed the N4 level in my first attempt, they denied ever making such promises. They refused to give any more classes unless I paid 60% of the fees again. They never informed us about these changes. The staff, especially the receptionist, is very rude and unprofessional, with no manners at all. All the 5-star reviews you see online are fake. During admission, they promise many benefits, but in reality, they are only interested in money. They even charge extra for simple things like batch changes. Please do not waste your time and money by joining this institute.

I am an N5 student at Furusawa Language Academy. The academy is excellent, with very helpful and polite teachers. They place special emphasis on conversation skills, which has been incredibly beneficial for me. All the staff members are extremely friendly and supportive. ????
