Fraud agency.. don't water your money and time.. they will promise you to provide service, and will come ur home and collect agency fees.. but after that no service.. only face calls.. totally fake agency...

I am totally disappointed with their service. Please do not ever go for Hercules. Unfortunately I opted their service since there was no review at that time in Sulekha about them. Extremely false promises. They said the maid they are going to give is of high experience in cooking, cleaning etc. But she was not.. She hardly knows to cook. But that's not my point again. They charged us 15K per month that includes 1k commission.(charged 3k in advance as commission plus 14K as first month fee) So that they would give 14K to the maid they said. But after taking our money in advance, they denied giving the amount to the maid. So sorry for the employees under them. So better NOT to opt them for any service. They are absolute cheaters.
