Once she left in 20 days due to health issues, they have sent us 4 replacements within a month's time. As few of their work and behaviour were irrelevant, Nancy and Beula aunty patiently listened to the issues we faced. And as requested, sent a maid for temporary and promised me to send a right person once they find. Just like they promised, sent a suitable person. Nancy, just like a friend, helped me throughout. Beula aunty seems to have a good experience in this field. I have visited their office twice. Whenever there is an issue, they listen to both sides and used to do the needful.
