hi i stayed in vk flat, Nice place..... Facilities are good, rooms are good. This is located center of the city..... Regular cleaning works. Living for around a year now ND had a good experience here...

Beaware. They will ask for big advance about 5k to 10k. But at the time of leaving returns nothing. They are big frauds. Dont go for metro inn anywhere in chennai. I am one of the student looted by them.
