Beware of BrickNBolt: Deceptive Practices and Poor Quality - CRN 216798 (Do Not Delete Reviews) I regretfully engaged with BrickNBolt for my house construction, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their so-called "classic package" is merely a façade for deceptive marketing tactics and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The agreement with BrickNBolt is designed to trap customers, with clauses that prevent any reasonable recourse. Their purportedly professional product managers and senior leaders are shockingly incompetent, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Throughout the construction process, communication with BrickNBolt's team was abysmal. Project Manager Nikhil's dismissive attitude towards customer feedback highlights the company's utter disregard for client satisfaction. The materials used on-site were of appallingly low quality, and customers are kept in the dark about this until it's too late. Attaching proofs.

Never pay advance without getting agreement, CRN 235423, I had contacted the company in june 2023 for my construction and had paid advance for the same, they kept on postponing the construction after receiving the advance money from me, My RM always lied to me regarding the start date of the construction, Whenever I raised tickets, or tired to reach them via email , they always sent out automated emails and even closed my tickets without resolving the issue, I waited for 6 months and decided to terminate the project with them, Its a horrible company, I lost my money and time due to their unprofessionalism and am struggling to get my refund. Please be advised they are not a construction company, they just tie to up with any contractor, Don't pay any amount without agreement. Avoid this company

I have faced losses and time due to my mistake of choosing brick and bolt, please don't make any payments to the company without signing a agreement, Kindly note I was a genuine customer of the company and I have shared only my experiences here and have no intention of defaming this company. In June 2023 I approached this company for construction of my house and was assigned CRN 235423, I paid a advance of(five figure amount) to proceed and I was told within 2 months the construction would start, A relationship manager was assigned to me and he was responsible for my project, By august 2023, I had paid even more i.e huge sum(which was the biggest mistake I committed without signing the agreement), the architect took one month and shared the plans and structure design by the end of august 2023, My RM told me that by End of august 2023 my project would start, I waited till dec 23, but my RM didn't work as promised and lied about starting the project, Kindly stay away from this fraud comp

my name is bharanidhara , my CRN132007, they don't know the meaning of professionalism, if you have any issue you inform even to the top management no one will reply to the your mail, message or in the group, you will be treated like a third rated customer, my project was delate for months together , they are not bothered for anything it is a dream Project for us but for them it one of the project they will not give their techinical support and you will end up in humiliation from the project department, you call any one no will respond. please don't go with Brick and bolt save your money and time. don't trust these people are un professional. most of the mistakes by BNB I have rectified by myself from other source.

Just subcontracting, they act as commission agents & collect commission from contractors for every project they get & assign. CRN57772 don't fall into this trap nobody is technically sound.
