Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. ?? Poor Food Quality – The dishes lacked freshness and taste, and some items were not even served hot. ?? Unprofessional Service – The staff was disorganized, slow, and inattentive to guests' needs. ?? Quantity Issues – Despite clear discussions with Mr. Janakiraman, the food provided was insufficient for the number of guests. ?? Hygiene Concerns – We noticed a lack of proper hygiene standards, which was highly disappointing for a wedding event. Overall, we regret choosing Ragavi Caterers and would not recommend them for any important occasion. Here servicing is the best. The taste is colourful. The Price was reasonable. The way they approached us for every queries was very good. The management was excellent.
