Very poor management. Rude staff behavior. Irresponsible doctors.<br/><br/>I wanted to see Neurologist - asked for an appointment around 10:00AM. But I was informed doctor arrives by 8:00 AM itself. So I double confirmed and went at 7:45AM with my 75Yrs old mother. <br/><br/>But after reaching we were told to wait till 9:00 as doctor arrives only between 9-930. <br/><br/>Reception lady doesnt bother and watching TV. She would not give either doctors contact or management contacts. Waited and left home with frustration.

Worst hospital in Madipakkam. They will squeeze the money from you for doing nothing. First question from the staff is that whether we have health insurance plan. If u say yes, then they won't discharge you from the hospital atleast for 5 days.
