This is the worst agency. Complete fraudster. The agency is neither paying the maids nor returning the customer's amount back. Very unprofessional. Doesn't answer calls. Always says excuses. I have paid the amount but he is not sending any maid. Maids have approached police too for not receiving salary. No communication or follow up

This is fraud agency, please don’t contact this agency. They don’t have any maids, all are fake profiles only. I connected with Shiva , he mentioned only after payment maid will be send and told I can raise complaint to Sulekha if maid is not. So I believed and payed 10,000 but he didn’t send any maid to us . He used to mention maid will be send today, tomorrow and stared postponing and after few days he didn’t respond to calls also. After I faced this issue I started checking few reviews posted by other users , many people faced same issue similar to me . I suggest Sulekha team to block this agency in their website. Sulekha team , please help customers who lost their money with this fake agency. I have all proofs, payment receipts and chat logs to prove this as fraud one. Please don’t contact this agency
