Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem
Highly disappointed with service and management. Tried this agency thinking that must be a good one based on the years of experience it had. They basically dont have control over their people who are providing househelp. I am suffering since more than 20days now. 3 people have been changed. Still they are saying next will be permanent. 3 of them left after 1day service and they dont have answer why they left because they are not in their control. I would suggest to try other agencies than this one. the base is very unstable here. i am a working mother with a 6month old baby and they are torturing mentally with no stability on a good househelp. my whole money is a waste now.

The people they send are very unprofessional, don't give notice before not coming to work, don't pick up the call,hold the money even if the service is not complete... Endless issues
