They take charges from you but doesn't deliver. Ranjitha is fraud ... They do not give service and do not refund too. They have no idea about who they are sending. Untrained househelp who comes and bothers you... You have to take care of them rather than they assisting you. Unprofessional sent to take care of a child and she can't even feed the child... BE AWARE... FRAUD .. CHEAT... Charges are high .. they charges for 6 months 8 k and do not even refund with only 19 days of service provided. . Totally irresponsible... Do not contact them or take their services

Please don't take service from this agency especially for baby care. They don't have proper maids, they are picking the maid from road side advertisement and sending without any verification and background checks. The maid agency assigned joined with us for a week and saying she don't have any experience in this field but only for urgent money basis joined and she left in 7 days, agency not provided any backup and keep me streched more than 2 weeks and this is their plan too. Finally I took a maid from other agencies. Roughly time waste with these kind of un trusted agencies.
